In yoga, fun poses are explored as we take a new adventure each week! We begin with a modified sun salutation and then proceed right into our action-packed adventure! We aim to encompass fun movement, balance, breath and use of imagination into each class. Benefits include an increase in energy, flexibility, and focus, as well as the removal of toxins from the body. Improved posture, digestion, self-awareness and regulation of the body and a better ability to relax are all benefits of the regular practice of yoga.
