As of March 1, 2021, we are excited the announce that the Pozez JCC will transition program reservations and registrations to new, more user-friendly, systems! This means you’ll find a new look when registering for programs on the J’s website. We have been working hard to deliver a new, more seamless and intuitive digital experience for our community. We are excited that our new integrated community portal, built on the world’s leading Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, Salesforce, will be live as of March 1!
Managing your account online is now simplified, and for the first time, when you update your physical address, phone number, or email, it’s updating that information across every department at the J. This change also allows us to better communicate facility news, class updates, and program offerings with you.
Our new registration system requires members to set up a new account (even if you currently have an online account). You will utilize your email address that is linked to your JCC membership (where you receive Pozez JCC communications) and will be asked to create a new password. Please note: If you receive an error message that reads, "Birthday and email are mismatched. Please contact a member of staff." Please email support@theJ.org and let them know you received the error message and include your correct birthdate and email address.

Beginning March 1, 2021, J-Fit Reservations are moving to the Pozez JCC App - powered by Mindbody which can be accessed via the website or your mobile phone.
Members will use Mindbody to schedule group exercise class participation, swim lane reservations, and recreational sports sessions (such as basketball court time and ping pong). Once you are logged in, you are able to check class/program schedules and choose a time for your next visit. You are able to make, cancel, and reschedule your reservation right from your smartphone!
Reservations may be made up to seven days in advance and closes two hours before the class start time.
