Youth Sports Performance and Conditioning
Sundays, July 10-August 14 (6 weeks)
Take your athletic performance to the next level and prepare your body for the competitive season. This program is designed for both new and experienced athletes trying to gain a competitive edge, or those looking to improve their athletic ability. By applying movement specific strength training, aerobic conditioning, and speed and agility drills, this will not only help improve your physical performance, but prevent injury as well.
Recommended for those who participate in football, baseball, basketball, hockey, soccer, lacrosse, volleyball, and tennis.
