20/20/20 Fitness

20/20/20 is a fitness class covering all main areas of exercise - cardio, strength, mat work. Cardio will boost our endurance levels, followed by an intense body weight and light hand-weight workout, we will finish the class with some core work on the floor, followed by a relaxing stretch. You will leave feeling like a million bucks!

Body Blast

A cardio and resistance charged workout that is high energy and motivating! This class incorporates challenging cardio segments, resistance training, and intense core work using diverse fitness equipment to blast your body into shape.

Meet friends for this 45-minute full body workout beginning with an aerobic cardio warmup. Lightweight, basic strength, and tone exercises. Must be able to stand for the full length of the class.

Core Flex

If you are looking for a new challenge, core on a stand-up paddleboard will give a boost and push you to the next level of workout. Combine the balance on a paddleboard and the strength of a core workout.

Dynamic Flexibility

Fundamental Movements
Wednesdays & Fridays, 8:30am-9:15am

Pushing, pulling, bending (hinging), squatting, lunging, and rotating. These are the fundamental movement patterns that make up most every exercise. We are going to work towards being able to do all of them, starting with modified exercises for beginners or those who may be coming back from injury, to more advanced exercises for those who are more experienced or are looking for more of a challenge.

Line Dance

A relaxing class focused on lengthening your body and reducing stress. The class will include a warm-up of the body and joints, while stretching the muscles.

Total Core

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture. Participants will be taken through a variety of exercises that not only strengthens the core, but improves full-body strength with an emphasis on the core. A variety of equipment may be used to intensify the workout.

Water Aerobics

This class is performed in the shallow area of the pool. Water aerobics provides a safe resistance for aerobic conditioning, perfect for the joint-sensitive individual.

Yoga
