Research suggests that healthy living is the key to aging well. This workshop will focus on steps you can take to help reduce your risk of dementia. By changing out old bad habits and incorporating new healthy habits you can boost your brain function and benefit other vital organs. A healthy lifestyle also improves fitness and balance which lowers the possibility of broken bones — a serious contributor to dementia. Join us for this important presentation, do a simple brain exercise, and learn about ways to assess and lower your risk for dementia.
Coffee, tea, and dessert provided.
