This class provides adults of all abilities an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of food and meal preparation in a fun, social, structured, and supportive environment. Individuals will learn life skills by following a recipe, setting/cleaning up, and understanding how to utilize basic kitchen utensils and appliances. Plus, they will feel more comfortable navigating the kitchen. Participants work cooperatively and share meals in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere!
Participants must have mastered JCooking 101.
Sundays, 1pm–3:30pm
November 3–December 15 (6 weeks, no class Dec. 1)
