Yehuda Amichai, one of Israel’s greatest poets, passed away 20 years ago, and left behind poems, documents and a life story. We invite you to explore Amichai’s work as it is reflected in the unique work of Rick Black, a book artist from Northern Virginia who carries a special personal connection to Yehuda Amichai. Rick created a rare and unique art book called “The Amichai Windows.” Join us in celebrating Hebrew Language Day as we learn about the creative process of this unique art book and explore Amichai’s creations with Noa Ohayon Bab.
