Stay active and healthy during the quarantine by joining us for a live workout with Matt Hetzer. The class will consist of strength and stability exercises for the whole body. The only equipment you will need is a chair, a mat or soft surface to lie down on, and 2 cans of soup! We look forward to seeing you all there!
