Make some Hummus together with Chef Aya and Michelle.
If you plan to cook with us you will need: a food processor or blender and the following ingredients, 2 cups of dry garbanzo beans (chickpeas) pre-soaked and pre-cooked or 2 cans of chickpeas, precooked, 1/2 - 3/4 cup of tahini (more is optional if you prefer it smoother), 1/2 lemon, 4 garlic cloves, Salt, 1 tablespoon of baking soda and Cumin (optional).
