Presented by Len Garon, professional artist and martial artist
Do you feel vulnerable, nervous, or scared when walking down a street, in a parking lot, or entering or leaving your home? This instruction is for anyone at any age and in any kind of physical condition.
Len Garon will discuss how to be safer in your daily life and demonstrate simple self-defense techniques with your hands, cane, umbrella, walking stick, handbag, or pen that can discourage someone from taking advantage of you. After the program, you can practice some of the Street Smart Self Defense techniques. Bring a cane, umbrella, walking stick, and pen… or just stay and watch!
Coffee, tea, and desserts provided.
No RSVP – Just come!
