Camp Achva runs for 8 fun-packed weeks during the summer. In the summer of 2021, Camp Achva is offering two, 4-week sessions. Each session will be filled with weekly themed activities, dress up days, and special events. We invite our campers to get the most out of the camping experience and register for the full 8 weeks offered during the summer! With either option, members receive full access to the new, J-Fit Health Club which includes a wide variety of fitness classes throughout the week, heated indoor pool for lap lane swim, outdoor and indoor high intensity interval training (HIIT) spaces, Spin® studio, and so much more!

Priority Registration: Registrations are processed in the order in which they are received. Enrollment is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Limited Enrollment: Due to Fairfax County licensing requirements and COVID-19 precautions, each session has a fixed maximum number of campers that can be accommodated. Parents will be notified if they are put on a waitlist. For the safety of our campers, enrollment cannot be expanded beyond capacity. Please register early to ensure your placement. There is a separate waitlist for each camp group. Slots are filled as space becomes available per group. All programs are contingent upon minimum enrollment.
Registration Fee: A $50, one-time per camper, non-refundable registration fee must accompany each registration.
Deposit: $250.00 per camper, non-refundable
Deposits & Tuition: Camp deposits and tuition are non-refundable.
COVID-19: If a camp group is mandated to close due to COVID-19, families will be provided options for funds paid.
See Cancellation Policy below for more details. Total fees and required documents are due by May 3, 2021. Registrations received after May 3 must be accompanied by all documents and full payment upon receipt. A $250 deposit per child is required with each registration. Deposits will be applied towards total camp fees. Camp fees may be paid by check, payable to “Pozez JCC,” or charged on VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. A 2% processing fee will be charged for all credit card transactions, and no fee if paid by check. Delinquent invoices (paid 7 days, or more, after the deadline) will be charged a 5% late fee. Registration Changes: If a participant wishes to make changes to their registration after their registration has already been submitted, a $40 administrative fee will apply.
Cancellation Policy: Camp deposits, registration fees, and tuition are non-refundable. In the event a family must cancel their registration, a written request must be submitted to the Camp Director.

Camp Documents: All camp forms and documents MUST be submitted in full by May 3, 2021. Should you register after May 3, all forms and documents MUST be received in full at the time of registration. This includes ‘Proof of Birth’ and full School Entrance Health Form record of up-to-date immunizations (no exemptions to immunizations accepted). No camper is able to attend camp without up-to-date forms and necessary documents on file as per Virginia State Licensing.
Camp Life: Every effort will be made to ensure that campers are able to adjust to camp life, participate in scheduled activities, and accept direction from staff. If they are unable to adjust, or are unable to follow camp’s COVID-19 guidelines, including wearing a mask throughout the day, staying physically distanced, and remaining with their group throughout the entire day, they will be asked to withdraw at the discretion of the director and in consultation with the parents.
On-Site Carpool Procedure: Carpool will operate daily for morning drop of and afternoon pick up. There will be temperature screenings and health screenings each morning at drop off. Additional information regarding drop-off and pick-up procedures will be provided upon registration.
